I always have to be prepared. Can't not, not have every situation analyzed, over thought, worst case scenarios played out, everything.... Literally everything runs through. An absolute must! IF I am prepared I can't be caught off guard & I will have back up plans for my backup plans. Because who else thinks about the worst case scenario always happening? So did I do this for nothing? Oh? We're doing this now? Okay. It doesn't affect me as much because I had already imagined it being way worse. Therefore it can't be what it wasn't right?
